Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
